'Proper repair job' done as Lee Anderson MP gives update on Dalestorth Street potholes

Ashfield's Reform UK Member of Parliament for Ashfield, Lee Anderson, has provided an update to the status of the dire potholes on Dalestorth Street.


He took to Facebook with photos showing that the results of his intervention.



His post read:


"Dalestorth Street Potholes Update."


"Recently a number of potholes of Dalestorth Street weren't fixed to a high enough standard, and they soon became potholes again as a result."


"I personally contacted Councillor Mick Barton, the Leader of Nottinghamshire County Council who then did a thorough inspection and personally spoke to residents on the street."


"Within days of this a proper repair job has now been done as part of Reform UK's new First Time Approach. I have attached some before, during and after photos below."


"Going forward, we have big plans for the summer with a meeting with JCB planned shortly to look at getting their big new pothole repair machines."


"We will take no lessons from the opposition who ignored our roads for 20 years."
